He responded to my message almost immediately, and set up this comp hit the next day with higher pay than the original broken hit. He seems genuinely invested in improving, treating workers fairly, and keeping communication open. You can work on other things while waiting to connect, and it dings to let you know when your partner has joined or sent a message so minimal attention is required.

Cons:
I nulled out my time because the hit was broken-ish and got stuck halfway through with no way to submit. Pay would probably have been in the good range. With this type of task, it could easily be great pay or terrible pay depending on your partner.
