Haha I'm cracking up. Its the best combo of cheap + easy + healthy I could come up with, scales up/down as needed to control weight, macros are good and covers all the major micros. Someone hit me up with that triumvirate that also tastes good and I'll love you forever but like I said.. food is for energy to me variety/taste/etc are side quests not the main point of eating.

I didn't realize this was state specific when I exported it but they have other states available and it looks to be worth grabbing even though it's going to be a pain in the ass.

Oh see for me soda wasn't about the bubbles it was about the sugar and caffeine. After giving it up I realized that it was the carbonation that feeding my insane acid reflux. I was taking 3 zantact 150's a day to keep it in control. Now I take zero but if I do decide to have a soda at dinner when we go out I sure as shit have heartburn by the end of the night lol. Plus plain soda water is NOT for me. It's so bitter. I can't even drink la croix I have 14 of a 15 pack I bought to try sitting on my counter lol.

 

This sounds like a recipe I have for homemade dog food. Stop eating dog food.
