I have caplets that I bite in half during the day. Still a little drowsy, but not as bad. I have to take Benadryl a lot for unexplained skin rashes.

 

It will kill absolutely anything > 4 legs, and a handful of critters in the 4 leg category (notably cats IIRC?). P much same for bifen, delta et al
