We pay for 100 and get anywhere from 120-140 consistently. I know they say "up to" but if I'm paying for 150, I'd be slightly annoyed to be getting only 91.

I prefer fast.com which is run by netflix, it has been shown that ISP's have been mucking with throttling but leaving speedtest.com alone so it isn't necessarily an accurate measure anymore.
