Second questions is F-ed up...Broken

 

Went through, completed the entire survey, got to the end where it said I would receive a survey code, then stated that I don't meet the minimum qualifications to receive a survey code. Even though I met all of the requirements. And it didn't prompt me at any time to stop the survey.
