    Does anyone have any experience getting their taxes done by Jackson Hewitt? I have an appointment next week and I have a somewhat complicated situation.

    1 W-2 from a state that has state tax
    3 W-2s from a state w/o income tax
    1099 from state unemployment
    Turk income
    Cashing out 3 small retirement accounts (like 500 in each, taxes were withheld)

    The damn lady on the phone couldnt give me an estimate so I was hoping someone on here has encountered anything similar from a tax prep place. I'm hoping I don't get hit with a $500 bill

    Prob bout $80. Could really prob just do turbo tax ahead of time to get an idea of what your tax bill should be. Jackson Hewitt is usually one of the more expensive and it still shouldn't be more than $80
