    I called charter/spectrum like a year ago to see about getting some credit for days of lost service and the lady said they were actually undercharging for my service because I didn't change my plan from when I had bresnan and they got bought out by Optimum and then optimum got bought out by Charter. I hung up so fast!

    I did it Monday or Tuesday and have been working their hits all week, cuz it's been slow. They reposted the qual hits since then. If they do post it, make sure to do at least 30 so they score you properly.
