    Regarding the nlp urls, etc:

    "You should not to highlight them in general. However, if they in turn refer to a specific person, location, etc… then I would highlight them. So, while #yolo, #throwbackThursday, and #lovemybei don’t need to highlighted, I would mark things like #HillaryClinton and #LasVegas. The more complicated part is if a tag contains a person or place but also has other information, like #whathappensinvegas or #impeachtrump. In that case, I would say that it’s up to you.
