    I don't know about anyone else, but Halloween is turning out to be a pretty good day for Tricker on mturk.

    I have had to turn everything off so I stop catching things and so I can work on marketing a few vacant rentals.

    The thought of managing AirBNBs literally make me want to vomit.

    It's enough to manage homes people stay in for long periods of time. The move outs are almost always horrible. We are smack in the middle of dealing with a bunch right now.

    I actually got threatened on the phone the other day by some dude who was apparently storing $1500 worth of tires and rims in a tenant's garage, which got taken to the dump as tenant had moved out and said we could haul off everything left behind. Now tenant is blaming us and the agency he rented through and sending his "homie" (as he called him) after us for the tires. That one actually got me nervous enough to consider filing a police report.
