    Yeah. I was mostly playing devil's advocate LOL - it doesn't bother me entirely. I actually did separate my checking accounts recently to have a separate Turk checking account but it was honestly a pain in the ass and required me to open a new credit card too, to avoid monthly fees. It was annoying enough making the decision on my own just to simplify my finances, I'd be more annoyed if I was forced into that.

    The problem with a savings account is you only get 6 transfers per month (this is all US savings accounts), I already do 2 from my regular W2 paychecks, so that would put me at, and some months over, that limit which would incur fees - nevermind if I actually need to access the funds. Even with a separate savings account, this would mean some months where 5 transactions occur I'm only able to access my money once per month.

    But again - honestly I'm just playing devil's advocate, none of this is really a huge issue to me.
