    No more than 15 minutes, so that is a good time. I've interviewed a lot and people showing up too early is annoying. But I usually start expecting folks 15 mins prior to interview time.

    Most of that is correct, but it is outgoing ACH transactions (bank account transfers, bill pay, etc). The entire spirit is to get people to use a savings account to save, not to use as an interest bearing checking account. Just trying to help out and correct some incorrect info. Fed. Reserve Reg D document below:
