    Uhh...I sent them a validation code, my responses were definitely recorded, and there isn't a way to put a study on mTurk without a time limit.

    Maybe they're talking about qualtrics or something? Idk. I'd email back and clarify you completed it but just couldn't submit on mturk. The data is definitely saved.

    Yeah, I did but I was also really clear about that on the initial email too - I had their direct email so there was no character limit in my initial email to them. I even explained to them how to remedy it with a make up payment HIT, LOL. I knew that was probably going to be a pipedream.

    Sweet. Thank you. I just got the link too from her. Glad i wasn't the only one that got this email since most requesters reject first, ask questions later when it comes to not having the data they were expecting due to errors on thier end.

    Cons:
    The instructions were pretty confusing? It's clear what to do up until you're doing the actual task itself, which appears to just be testing a UI for a survey platform. It's just really unclear when you're actually "finished" with it. I have a 100% completion bar, but I was left with the "is this all I'm supposed to do?" feeling.     Me too. I emailed them a few times through mturk and their regular email address, but never got a response. This was all because I had to return a broken FACW HIT on Monday. A lot of people got that broken HIT and had to return it. Doing that locked us out of all of the other HITs, so we had to return those HITs, too. So, I guess a lot of us missed out on some good bonuses. : ( I just wish they would reply to their emails.
