I went to the help page on MTurk and looked at the payment section and it seems that part has been updated. One of the answers there says,
"How do I schedule transfers to my bank account?
Go to the Account Settings page to Manage Payment Preferences and select a transfer schedule for your earnings."
I went to my account settings page, but the "Manage Payment Preferences" is not there yet, it still has the link to Payments. So, they're still working on it.
