Uggggh-I had to get interviewed on film a couple of weeks ago. I am glad it is finally over. I spent weeks avoiding the film guy and hoping it would just go away.

 

Lol I've seen shit in Cleveland that I thought were only on TV shows and shit. The dollar store got robbed multiple times, everybody was OD'ing on heroin - which the news was more than happy to show. Almost got into a fight at the gas station cause some 27 year old wanted to fuck a 14 year old and "She was looking at me" so apparently we had a thing even though I've never seen any of you people before in my life. Yeah Cleveland is dirty lol.

I might give Cincinnati a try next time I feel like going somewhere

 

I'm personally more of a fan of just putting linux on another drive because window's boot manger is nazi af. You can install linux though as a second partition and it should work.

As far as that laptop specifically ... any reason why you need a laptop over a desktop? and there might be better laptops for the money

Like i dont even know all the different ways i could get linux on it i just did a linux partition like years ago casually.
Im getting the laptop for mobility and i did a bunch of comparing of laptops with a friend and this one looked pretty good.
Im not too concerned with getting something better for the money since its pretty good already. Its gonna be such a HUGE upgrade for me that it wouldnt make a huge difference. heres my current laptop for reference

 

oooooh that was scary. just spent 40 minutes on an in-frame hit just for my chrome tab to crash RIGHT after pressing enter to submit. luckily it submitted successfully...not sure how though

I have the grandpap version of that laptop, a v15 nitro black edition with 4710 and 860m. I was very impressed by Acer's build quality. Almost three years old now.
