Just plain old medium chunky + packets of taco seasoning.. Its pretty darn good tbh, though not sure if I can take this much acidity every day lol.

@Ness this is what I just did (only 4 day yield, ~1,9k cal/day, 306g fat, 669 carb, 589 protein give/take a few grams for inaccurate math/labels here and there because I also do greek yogurt+milk which is ~336 of the daily cals).
2 cans wild caught Alaskan salmon (I grab double Q from Aldis its cheap AF and less mercury than tuna, but bone in so don't be a Grinch - eating other animal's spines is the source of eternal youth)
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast
2 cans no sodium black beans
2 cups steel cut oats
1 cup rice (sometimes I do 2c rice 1c oats but the rice never cooks right w/o more water that way)
1/4 cup EVOO
6 eggs
crushed tomatoes + chilli seasoning + red pepper flakes -or- take hazmat's taco seasoning + (I used) 16oz jar of salsa

The chilli has no flavor w/o red pepper.. the taco way actually has a mexican type taste to it but its kinda acidic for my taste.

4-5hrs on high, no clue on low 'cause I'm all about speed baby
