By "shopping cart etiquette" do you mean using your cart in the isles of the store? Or using your vehicle to ram them in the parking lot as they are left scattered around and un-returned in random spaces?

If you are working on a batch and using MTS then: MTS -> MTS Options -> Enabled Scripts -> Auto Accept Unchecker

If you are just talking about normal mturk workflow. I think that's just bult into the platform. If you have something next in your queue, it loads it. I don't think there is a setting to change that.
