    No, I'm not sure it will fix it. I'm just going by the list of things to do for solving cache problems. I can't catch any hits unless I set the option for collecting through PC because every time I try to manually collect a hit it takes about 30 seconds to process. Nothing is working and I'm super frustrated. I don't mind redoing it all if I have to. I'm trying to work in Firefox right now and I can't get PC to work there. Thank you for the response. I may just do it.
