If you ever get a survey that doesn't throw you a code the best thing to do is to email the requester. I didn't get a code for that survey either and I already heard back from them.

They replied back within 30 seconds saying that they would approve me.

I have the same problem. I transferred funds this morning, and then went to my payment account to withdraw yesterdays transfer, but my bank account is no longer verified.

I haven't tried to verify the account again. I came here first to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Has this sort of thing happened to anyone before?
