6am is the earliest i'll start. Usually it's around 730 or 8. Anymore than that and i get burnt out, which has led to many several month breaks.

It does for me. Since i usually only go until early afternoon , sleeping in will kill my day. Anything after that time (give or take) is just HITs i catch via PandA. I have to limit myself.
