    I swear that where I shop they threaten the cashiers if they don't make conversation. I've had one talk to me about Star Wars, one give me her recipe for overnight oats apropos of nothing, tales of woe, cats, questions about hair styling, etc.

    I was thinking of writing, "Stop commenting on my acne/redness because I'm not wearing makeup today, I already feel like crap and it took me this long to be able to go out in public like this without crying, so shut up" on a sign and sticking it to my forehead:emoji_information_desk_person: But, I like yours, too!

    If delivery was an option here, I totally would:emoji_laughing: There's one store within 20 miles of my house and they don't deliver because my unicorporated town is, how you say? Ghetto as hell?

    I had a horrifying moment where I realized I've become a desert rat townie- PRACTICALLY EVERYONE KNOWS ME WITHIN LIKE 30 MILES NOW. Manager of the grocery store asks what I'm baking this week, ladies at the water company ask after my cat's asthma, people stop and wave at me and ask how the plane is going, people honk and wave when I drive by because I'm the only chick in a jeep with clemson paws. WHAT HAPPENED? HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?
