HC is currently just PC lite to help you get started quickly since PC can be a lot for beginners. I expect most people to go from HC to PC (or to paid tools), but the plan is to let users unhide "advanced" features when they are ready which will be stuff like go ham. The plans aren't set in stone but I have a general idea of where its headed.
