They block for doing multiple at one time, fast forwarding, disagreeing too much with the crowd, random reasons, if they hate you, going too fast, going too slow, going just right, submitting wrong code, right code with wrong HIT, etc

I'm making all this up.

I have no idea why they block people.

I just assume the blocked people deserved it.
