    Thanks. One of the emails said C and B were mixed so I'm supposed to be in B but the classroom I'm in is C and I'm kind of confused...and stressed. I feel like I did in school and had to present to the class, tense and and stressed and why did I think anything with the word classroom in it would not be horrible?

    You could get rid of your blackout curtains...that would help.

    When I was your age (I can't believe I just said that) I had to live in my parent's basement for a few months, and my room had no window. It was making me sleep an extra 3 to 4 hours and I felted messed up without daylight.

    Happy lights/therapy lights are uuber helpful too! I have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome (sounds exciting but it's not- it's just lame) and my circadian rhythms are all janked up so I sit in front of a light box in the morning and sun myself like a lizard in the afternoon otherwise I'm up all night and tired all day.

    Nah my problem is my brother and his friends keep me up late doing board games and shit. I've had weeks at a time waking up at 5AM without any issues.

    I do actually like the avatar.. so I guess I could keep it. :emoji_thinking:
