We are just two very imperfect people that mesh well, who nearly missed out on ever dating! I was with the same guy for over 4 years after I turned Matt down my freshman year of college and then we both moved out of state. It's crazy how we both ended up back in the same area at the same time- which he only knew because he saw me on POF. Hospitals suck, anyone who keeps you company is a keeper! I once related to Matt that I always got anxious in the hospital because my ex would refuse to cuddle me or really even hold my hand when I was in the hospital for long stretches and I would feel awful. The first time I was stuck in the hospital for a few nights in a lot of pain, he asked the nurses if they cared if he got in my hospital bed just to be next to me (they didn't). He stroked my hair all night while I puked my guts out and snuggled me while I cried like the Grinch baby I was at the time- the nurses asked if he had a brother when he left in the morning for work. Again, NOT CRYING!
