What makes me chuckle about fair pay on Amazon is it is very subjective. Now I get the low low paying surveys for people that are super fast those can go to hell. But how do you make a survey a per dollar an hour basis? Someone might be like 5 minutes slower on something than another person might be.

I did the 20-30 minutes for 30 cents just to see how bad it was. BAD! They state 43 questions, hah!, 43 Pages of questions, with as many as up to a dozen per page.
This looks like the work of a new requester considering the amount of work for the pay and the bulky platform to work on. Not much opportunity to speed up the process.

Exactly this. There's so much actual variety to the work being done on mturk that Amazon paying a fixed pay is just insane. Encourage requesters to pay 15/hr? Yes, that's fine. Actually enforce that? Impossible.
