Yep.

And that federally illegal thing is why we still don't allow tenants to grow on our rental properties. Especially if they are under a HUD contract.

Also, it's not like tenants grow 3-4 plants. We'd probably never notice that. It's always 30-90 in a full scale excavation of the yard, or garage conversion, which is so destructive.

They basically just want you to record yourself silently reading the news on your phone and then kind of narrate it after with your thoughts. It is not the worse hit per say but not my jam. It is just too involved with many directions.
