03/26 - Toilet Paper Chase Thursday

Spoiler: If anyone wants a good immune system boost recipe, try this:

Split salmon (low mercury vs cost vs health BS) / chicken in whatever portion you'd like
4 cans no sodium black beans
2 cup steel cut oats
2 cup brown rice
dozen eggs
2 can crushed tomatoes
<insert your favorite leafy green, I like Kale>
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil (scale +/- for macros)

15,200cal for the week (2,1k/day). 8oz of milk + some greek yogurt to round out the day. PB + Whey if bulking in the milk.

Husbando is off making scotch eggs. I should tell him to add some kale somehow.

 

Kale literally is bitter and I imagine is the same flavor of grass in my yard...I like vegetables, not that one though.
