    I just checked the use by/freeze by dates on my beef (also checked for color) and luckily I'm good. Friendly reminder to check your meat dates in the fridge.

    maybe lol? I just wanted to be super sure since I'm not sure when I'm going to cook with it. Sadly I am out of pasta except for 8 oz of macaroni.

    I also have 5 pounds of potatoes I need to figure out what to do with. I have an Instant Pot, an oven, and a microwave. I'm tired and lazy, I would cook hashbrowns but I don't want to slice up potatoes into thin strips by hand.
