I've been broke this month because of holiday shopping, I spoil the wifu too much. I feel your pain, started going to the gym again and I can't move my legs because squats.

 

Pssh, you can never spoil your SO too much! Using the creepy AF attic as a hiding place for gifts was a mistake on my part though.

Unrelated, does anyone here have a Nexus 6 that don't use or it's defective but the screen works? My Nexus 6 broke last night. :sad:

I love the gym, but go to hard. Squats are awesome. Too awesome. Tweaked my back yesterday and sort of forgot about it. Tried to squat my normal weight and I remembered super quick. So not good. So much regret. Yet still hoping to be fixed by my next leg day. Because squats.

 

This is how pro turkers increase their PE. Really pro turkers just cut off their legs entirely, though. Step up your game.

Form is everything and having a spotter is great for that. Squats are the best exercise ever. They work on so many levels that really makes them one of the most important resistance exercise out there. I do squats every day I go to the gym. 5 sets of 5 with 5 lbs increment each day. Three times a week.

I would definitely lose 50 pounds on that move so i might consider it. Too bad I like Dance Dance Revolution too much to actually follow through.
