The fricking lady at Walmart this morning told me they were out of the 6S, then I placed a store pick-up order and lo and behold, it's ready for pick-up within 30 minutes.

 

Does anyone else feel that we should at least receive some pay for entering these demographics? Isn't Amazon mTurk using them as a way to charge requesters higher fees which will effectively lower pay even more for workers?

 

Yeah we should.. and they charge like 50 cents every time someone uses one per a hit.

 

I saw it on scraper and just assumed it was new and kinda weird it even hit scraper so I hit export lol.

 

So should I go buy diesel and we all meet up at an AWS datacenter and express our discontent?

 

Here's the debate, do I try to do more surveys to actually make money, or try to hit cap as fast as possible? I will undoubtedly hit 1k before this probation ends

 

Try going back to greasyfork and reinstalling it.

If you just hit the cap quickly you can forget about mturk and relax .. you will lose a tiny bit of money that way though lol

 

Sounds exactly like my experience. I went to the phone counter this morning, saw a sparse wasteland of devices that had seen better days. I asked the employee at the counter about it, the first thing she says is that she can't activate it and the person who knows how will come in at 12. I'm like ok, I don't mind, just tell me if it's in stock. She then continues about how I have to buy a contract (I don't obviously), while I'm just like "Ok, ok, just go check the stockroom for me." Then she goes in the back for like 2 minutes and says they have nothing but iPhone 5, and I'm like ok.

I go home, check the website again just now, realize that it's available for store pick-up, and ordered one. Bam, ready for pick up already. The only thing is, I had to put down almost 600, and I'll have to get them to cancel that and adjust it when I go to the store, since the 6S is being clearanced out for 249.

 

Second day hitting $50. Maybe I should raise my quota a bit.
