    If you don't currently have the HIT in your queue, you need to match the gender/ethnicity that they're looking for (described in the iframe, unfortunately) to be able to do it. They do HITs for all sorts of combinations, but there's no way to know until you can see the iframe. As for the HIT itself, I've heard lots of good things as far as payrate and enjoyment/ease of completion goes, but I have no firsthand experience.

    Requirements:

    1. You must identify as White/Caucasian AND Female to qualify for this study.

    2. You need a webcam and to be on a computer or laptop, not a cellphone or tablet to be able to complete this study.

    3. The minimum age requirement is 18 years of age.

    Study Description: This project is interested in looking online communication in the digital age via webcams. In this hit, you will connect with a researcher stationed at UC Berkeley via webcam. The researcher will pair you with a partner, and you will complete tasks together. In addition to video chatting with a partner, you will be completing survey questionnaires about your experience.

    *Important*: You will not be compensated for simply trying to connect with the researcher. If you are unable to connect, that means someone else has already connected with the researcher. We advise you spend no more than a minute trying to connect, as to not waste your time. If you are unable to connect, do not accept the hit. If you already have, return the hit (there is no penalty for returning hits, only for getting hits rejected). We will be posting several times throughout the week, and you are free to try again at a later time.

    Compensation: You will receive $8.00 for completing this study. Please note that you must complete the entire study in order to receive compensation. The study, in total, is expected to take no longer than 60 minutes. Additionally, you are not allowed to take part in this study more than once.

    *Note: Please do not attempt to participate if you do not identify as White and Female. In the future, we will have different studies and opportunities available for other identities, but with this current project we are looking at the impact of a White female identity.
