Bah. Rejection on that white collar HIT for no code. From reviews, looks like it was just me. Rejection says "Completion code not found. This most often happens when you exit the survey too early. This task is reopened for you - please return to the survey and move to the next screen." but I haven't been able to catch it.

ETA: Duh. My history. Was able to complete it.

 

You probably want to email them and ask to retake the survey instead of trying to catch it again, so that they can just reverse your rejection.

I hadn't clicked the last arrow on the page with the completion code. Was able to open it up from history and click it. So yeah, now I'll contact them to let them know and to ask that they reverse it.

ETA: And I started with a request to retake it before I saw the whole rejection message that said they had reopened it for me.
