    Several months ago I played a mturk game - and mturk logged me out while I was submitting - and then bam when I reloaded, I got the "You already took this HIT" bullshit.

    I emailed the requester, and now many 5 or so months later - I get an email back with a makeup HIT and subsequently got my 5 dollar bonus :D

    I had completely forgotten about it.
