    Well I'm asking because I'm having an issue, my wife has it in her head that eating whole food plant based is the greatest thing ever cause we watched forks over knives some years back...we tried it then and well I and the kids hated it and it was just not economical.

    Now she's back to wanting to do it when no one else does, she's giving me grocery lists where 90% of the budget is for stuff she wants meanwhile the other 3 of us really aren't eating much and I don't want to make 2 dinners so when I finish hers I give up.
