mturk always logs hits based on the day you accepted it, not when you returned it. You probably accepted it around 2:00am edt, but mturk runs on pst, so that's before midnight. It won't show up in your projected earning for today either, because mts reads that as happening yesterday.

If you're asking for just the logic, please remember that this is mturk and logic is never required.

 

It will show up in mmmturkeybacons Pending Approval Earnings though if you use that

 

I mean. At least it's the same letters?
