COVID has made it worse but my husband started telecommuting a few years ago and some days I just want to scream "Get out of the house and leave me alone for 5 minutes". I'm just one of those people who does not feel the need to be around other people all the time and infact prefers to be alone at least some of the time... okay most of the time.

surely I can not be the only one on this forum full of Geeks (love you all) that feels this way.
