We have a CSA share and have just had the cucumber rush - been doing thinly sliced with yogurt, dill, a little sour cream and a tiny bit of sugar or maple syrup and salt. Sit overnight and have a good cuke salad. We added tomatoes too to start but those don't always work with my stomach.

The cukes have been delish tho!
