    You should never have to type that obnoxious string.     Our bags are a bit more expensive ($13 for 50lb I think at Tractor Supply) but I usually buy a laying pellet and a "snack" to mix in with the feed (this month was 50lb sunflower seeds) so..roughly $30 a month... but it varies as I usually have some leftover. I have 15 hens though and I could totally spend less if I let them graze a bit. I used to do this right before dark since they usually go back to the roost... but one decided to go rogue a few months ago and I had to chase her down in the dark.

    I do go out daily and bring them grassy treats and the like from around the yard though plus veggie clippings/any appropriate leftovers. I've learned how to make a worm bed outside the chicken coop so every 2-3 days I'll go toss some of those in for the hens as well.

    I guess I'm just going to have to keep working on it until it makes sense, if ever. All I really want to do is leave you guys here a review that's timely and accurate. I mean, that last HIT worked out to be over twenty bucks hourly! What good is telling you it's below seven? Sorry! Don't mean to sound like I'm 'going off'! :ba:
