Pros:
Not much work to be done here, but oddly difficult. Would 100% recommend if you need to stop for a bit and relax. If you're busy, it's torture.

Cons:
Some instructions, then literally sitting and waiting "with my thoughts" for 15-20 mins. I mean, a blank screen for that long. Then a few quick pages of bubbles. I guess getting paid to do nothing is something, but I found it pretty much impossible...
