    My concern is, apparently this warehouse is different from the general amazon design and this area happens to be one of the FAA "commercial drone test areas"...

    It's the same here. A LOT of people have started buying the lots, clearing it, and moving a mobile home/trailer in. It's so much cheaper it's insane.

    The area I live in while basically the swamp has developed a lot of medical infrastructures. We have tons of doctors/nurses/medical personnel so the prices have skyrocketed because...they can afford it.

    I'm 100% looking to buy a 2-3 acre lot and clearing it. I would love to build a house but honestly...a trailer would be fine. I'm not fancy I just want a stable place to live that's quiet. In fact, I have a few friends with equipment so I would end up clearing most of it myself to save money. To be fair though they nickel and dime you to hell here with permits and the like. It's a cute little money maker they have started I guess.


    Plus I can increase my chicken flock if I move outside town.

    I kind of want to do that too, because land in the south is pretty cheap, but then I start to really think about it and yeah I'm fine in the suburbs.

    Dont forget the cost of getting power, water and sewage to it. That was one of the big costs when I looked into a similar idea
