09/05 Sliding into Saturday

I also get snausea, which is when I think I'm gonna hurl, but then I sneeze and feel better.

You know what I love about this? You type it right in posts, yet it's wrong in literally every heading of the forum.

 

Did the gerd ever give you heart palpitations? I've read that it can and we're trying to see if maybe that might be the cause of his.

 

Yeah really the best thing you can do is educate yourself but even the scientific literature about nutrition is constantly contradicting itself so it's so easy to get overwhelmed and lose track of everything. It goes without saying but sodium and sugar intake are huge ones. But on top of that there's a ton of other stuff that's good to know.

I found some of my old school stuff and I'm currently digging through it; I need to find the course syllabus so I can figure out what the name of the book was. I have some really extensive notes somewhere too that I'd be happy to scan and send to you but my notes can be a little bit chaotic lol. They have tons of content from the book and class though.

Now, my blood sugar and my blood pressure, those give me the heart ouchies Have to run on a stupid treadmill next week so they can observe how much exertion it takes for my heart to decide it needs a nap. Woo, yay.

Hey, I'm having fun going down memory lane right now. I found a bunch of good songs I wrote that I never recorded too. I'm happy to help. I think I accidentally gave myself too much empathy at the character creation screen when I was born. Just don't take advantage of it
