    So I'm using that new prolific extension & it says that there are no studies available for me but when I check the actual website, there are three. What's up? Am I doing something wrong?

    That depends on the type of Wednesday really. Early in the morning it looked like a potential repeat of yesterday. Now? Not so much. Things usually pick up in a half hour or so though.

    I find that mTurk has a loose "schedule" - surveys are always most copious in the morning, and also late at night for 2 hours before shift change. Batches most often appear in the afternoonish (PST), with some appearing late at night. Then certain others, like pins, drop typically at afternoon-early evening, whereas CSAT prefers morning-early afternoon.
