I'm gonna return this because I caught too many and I think this requester is a giant douchenozzle. but he usually pays well, so instructions copied below:

Instructions:

• In this HIT, we are giving 10 workers a 10-minute long piece of audio to transcribe. If each of you transcribes a different one minute section, then each worker would only have to transcribe one minute of audio.
• We are also giving the 10 of you a link to an online, collaborative text editor to do the transcription. Please use it to work together on the task.
• After you have completed the transcription, please copy and paste it into the text box below.
• You have one hour to submit your result.
• You will get $0.50 for this HIT.
• For every 1% of the words correctly transcribed in the document, we will give each of you an additional $0.01 bonus.
  (maximum $1.00 bonus per person if every word in the audio is correctly transcribed.)
• We will calculate your bonus using the best version of the transcription submitted by the workers working this HIT. All 10 of you will get the same bonus.
• Do not include "hmm" and "err" in the transcription.
• Do not correct for grammatical mistakes but transcribe the words as they are spoken.
• Use punctuation where appropriate.
• If you hear music, please transcribe the lyrics not the sounds.
• If the music overlaps with the speech, please transcribe the speech only.
• Since this is a scientific study, please do not talk about the details of this HIT on the forums. It might pollute the results. Thanks!

The problem with hits like this is that most turkers prob use shitty TN panels so I'm not sure how useful the data is here....
