05/09 - Treasure Tuesday!

Standing desk for me. Its fantastic, but takes some getting used to.. if you're used to sitting for 8+ hrs/day you'll legit need to build up the stamina to stand all day lol, but I'd never go back to sitting.

Grab some basic physical therapy toys and that keeps you moving/stretching/etc enough during the day.

Ummm... an i5 at 3.2 I believe. I'm not at home with it to check and I don't bother with things like overclocking. I want stuff to last as long as possible so as long as it's fast enough to do what I need I just leave stuff on stock settings.
