The speed we assume is 3000 words/minute, which is 10 times faster than most college-level readers. Even speed-reading, I have seen any estimates higher than 2000 words/minute in related papers. I therefore feel we have actually been pretty generous with the lower limit on acceptable HIT completion times.

If you have had HITs rejected based on lack of consensus, these should be reversed provided they pass our reading speed quality control. I’ve had a few issues sorting these reversals out, but hopefully should be finished revising them shortly.
