There should be free rehab centers available throughout the state of California, although I don't know how they determine eligibility.

On the other hand, I looked up that zip code, and yikes, that's the most out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere zip code I've ever seen in California.

 

Mine either I dunno. I suggested that too.
