I'd say 20% of those requesters are "dead"
and probably another 20% are specifically given out based on other HITs.
You'd be a huntin' forever.

 

No requesting quals either will auto grant a qual or it will do nothing.

Sometimes you will see a "qualification" hit and if you do well on it you will get a qual to do more work. Sometimes that work ends up being extremely profitable even if you don't see it pop up again for a long time.

 

All three types just dropped.

Oh sorry, I did not have a chance to read the title and the rest of the posts today.

I used to open threads about polar bears to make you guys to be more aware of what is going on your environment and I am very glad to see that today's topic may you give a chance to talk about what is up with you.

Me and the other polar bear are very thankful to find each other on the right time/place since doing a PhD can be very tough. I had many friends/colleagues were trying to seek help for depression and most of them were immigrants. You cannot imagine what really happens in someone's mind, so please talk to your friends, family a lot to check them and to be checked. I wish I were more experienced to say something more, but all I can say is to talk.
