TP Panel quals are not requester-specific, they can be shared by any number of requesters that use TurkPrime / CloudResearch to post their HITs. They are usually based on demographics you can sometimes see after the enter-the-code field in TurkPrime / CloudResearch HITs. 0 probably means you didn't qualify based on demographics / some other stuff, or just haven't answered that specific demo question yet.

 

Go get @D1G1TALNIGHT , @AlexZ, and educate him about the right extensions to use!
