My recommendation - preemptive thyroid removal. This way it will definitely not cause you problems in the future. (Caveat: This is a total lie - not having one is just as much of a pain in the a$$)

In all seriousness you can actually cross reference a boatload of info and figure out what you may/may not have passed on down too. We did the basic genetic testing before having kids just to make sure no CF/etc but this is super sick there is TONS of awesome offspring information
