@ChrisTurk does it make sense to create a requester watcher for a very good survey requester or should I let QBC try to catch it alone through unrated and turkerview watcher?

 

oddly enough i was going to actually ask how to do this in MTS since it seems PC doesnt pick up "search" requester pandas for me anymore

do you set up them on Ham or Perma-Ham?

 

I've benchmarked the app with something like 50,000 requester watchers and it takes <1ms to process them all so there's never harm in creating them.

I personally only do it for academics who post very frequently and pay super well who I'll be down to work for even if I'm in "lazy" mode with all my other watchers off. But I also hate surveys so that is the biggest criteria, if they don't post something interesting (the harvard bonus lady ones are something I'll always do b/c bonus $$$) they stay relegated to survey purgatory lol.

Never do either for surveys. Max 1 and leave it in the RID Watcher group so QBC can still turn it on/off.
